Please note, we offer classes in the following terms: Fall, Winter, Spring, and Summer. At times, there may be more then one term listed, that is, for example Fall 2018 and Winter 2019. If you wish to enroll in our Spring 2019 term, please ensure the program you enrolling in, is listed as Spring 2019 for example:

A physical activity program that provides toddlers, preschoolers and children in kindergarten the opportunity to build social skills and self confidence while developing gymnastics skills. Music, free play, creative movement, games, themes, individual and group activities are included in the curriculum.
Students learn gymnastics skills on all the apparatus’ including the tumble track, Vault, Bars, Beam and Floor. Athletes must pass each level to move into the next class.
Kindergym— 5-6 yrs (Kindergarteners)
Artistic levels 1-3—6-15 yrs
Artistic levels 1-6—6-15 yrs
Artistic levels 4-6—6-15 yrs (passed levels 1-3)
Artistic levels 7-12 – 6-15 yrs (passed levels 1-6)
NEW Adapted—4-9 yrs
For kids aged 4-9! The class size is smaller, allowing for a more one on one approach from the coach. This class focusses on repetition and exploration while providing a fun learning environment. During this class your child’s aid or helper will be allowed on the floor if needed.
This is the activity or sport of moving rapidly through an area, negotiating obstacles by running, jumping, and climbing. There is NO Trampoline use during this class, but the athletes will use the Air Track in replacement. Athletes must pass each level to move into the next class.
Preschool Parkour— 4-5 yrs
Kinder Parkour— 5-6yrs (Kindergarteners)
Parkour Levels 1-4— 6–15 yrs
Parkour Levels 5-8—6-15 yrs (passed levels 1-4)
Parkour Levels 9-12 – 6-15 yrs (passed levels 1-8)
Athletes will use the trampolines and floor to work on their acro and tumbling skills. Athletes must pass each level to move into the next class.
Tumbling 1-6— 6-15 yrs
Tumbling 7+ – 6-15 yrs (passed levels 1-6)
