The Party Experience
HOW YOUR PARTY WORKS
Arrive & Set Up
Arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before your party time. While the kids head to the gym, parents use the time to set up the party room with food, decorations, and cake.
1 Hour of Gym Fun
Kids get full access to the gym โ gymnastics equipment, tumble track, rope swings, trampoline, and foam pit โ led by our qualified instructors. Parents wait in the party room.
1 Hour Party Room
Everyone moves to the party room (or designated space) for food, drinks, cake, presents, and celebrations. Tables, chairs, fridge and freezer are all provided.
Pack Up & Go
All guests must clear the party space at the designated end time. Our staff will be nearby to help ensure a smooth and happy wrap-up for everyone.

Please note: Party staff supervise children in the gym only. Parents are responsible for all food service and party room hosting.
Good to Know
PARTY POLICIES
โฐ Arrival Time
Please do not arrive more than 10 minutes before your scheduled party time. The facility needs time to prepare between events.
๐ถ Age Requirement
All participants must be at least 4 years old and able to join gym activities independently, without parent assistance in the gym.
๐จโ๐ฉโ๐ง Adults in Party Room
Please note that while parents are allowed in the party room/open party space, space is limited. Parents are not allowed in the actual gymnastics gym area during the gymnastics portion of the party time, but can watch behind the white gates.
๐ณ Payment
Payment in full is required at time of registration.
โฉ๏ธ Cancellation
80% of party fees are refundable if cancelled at least 2 weeks before the party date. Cancellations with less notice are non-refundable.
๐ซ Party Room Assignment
The 12:45โ2:45 PM (Saturday) and 12:00โ2:00 PM (Sunday) party slots get the party room. The 2:15 PM (Saturday) and 1:15โ3:15 PM (Sunday) party slots get the open party space.
